CLA have been appointed by the Client PRS Investment to undertake the full MEP system design for 8 number new prestigious private residences in Raynes Park, on a site replacing an old large single dwelling.
Design in Details
The development is to be served by air source heat pumps and thermal store system providing underfloor heating and hot water. Along with MVHR system sophisticated Low energy lighting and controls, power & data management and comprehensive fire detection and security, a solar PV array and Energy Storage System is provided to meet the requirements of the local planning condition and the sustainable aspirations of the project.
The residences are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments split over 4 floors, with communal gardens.
