Design from First-Principles

The Mechanical and Electrical element of any project can account up to 35% of the total cost of the project. In addition the environment within the building will be dramatically affected by the design.

At CLA Urban International we design from first principles, ensuring our Mechanical design is efficient, intelligent and fully coordinated with all other disciplines. We make sure several solutions are considered during the design process and 3D visualisations are then presented to the Client & Team for discussion and agreement.
